If a team win masters or champs and fails to qualify for next international with the same roster or with the same core of 3 people the last win can be classified as a fluke.

Al-Mawsil [#3]no win was ever a fluke, not fnatic, not sen, not optic, not fpx, not anyone. But the wins can be ranked on how impressive they are and that is subjective using facts.

Loud consistently does well split 1 and champs, doing relatively poorly for the second tournament of the year. They get sloppy and let the fundamentals slip, then they take champs by storm.
Valorant requires too much micro and prep to keep it up for 6 months straight when you get no breaks when your competition gets a month break.
Why is everyone so obsessed with declaring Madrid as a fluke or a mickey mouse event. Even SEN fans are not bringing it up because it is in the past and currently SEN is not playing the same.
