why stax want to remove ascent

I asked him which map he would like to remove from the current map pool and which map he thinks should replace it

Stax didn't have to even think before answering "I can confidently say that I speak for all Valorant players when I say this. I want Ascent to be removed."
Talking about the map that should be replacing Ascent, Stax said, "I'm not sure which one is better, but Fracture or Pearl, I miss those two maps."

but DRX has been crazy good in ascent since 2022. It's just too boring for pro play now since its been there from day 1 I guess

I think everyone likes Ascent but it’s just boring now that we would rather have any of the 3 in map pool.

Oh don't forget about the aspas killing comp viper phoenix kayo and the other two agents that I forgot. Saadhak ate and left no crumbs with that comp, absolutely brutal.

ascent doesnt have much variation in the ways you can play it and its never been rotated out, people are just tired of it

ascent is beginner friendly map, any1 who plays valorant frequently gets bored of it. Rework is needed.
