I know why SEN zekken isn’t the best anymore

He was super impactful in Madrid and was declared as “the best player in the world” but then him and his masters winning team got washed by aspas, what happened? Aspas didn’t even qualify to Madrid, how is zekken already dethroned off a single series by a guy wh sat home watching the tournament?

The tournament with literally 0 significance didn’t have the best duelist (aspas), controller (Mako), and initiator (Leo/Ethan) playing while the best sentinel (Less) got stuck playing carry duty with a fraud duelist and still dragged his team to a 4th place finish because the competition there was THAT mid. Go figure I guess.

The best in the world weren’t even there and apparently everyone wants to gaslight themselves into believing the event matters, at least LOUD and FNC proved that LOCK//IN was way less fraudulent following their future results.

its a fact tho zekken was only the best because aspas wasnt there. Zekken is a great player but the best in the world is excessive. The competition definitely wasnt at its best but Sen at their peak could easily compete with the best of the best

I've never a Zekken clip and be like "wtf is that ??? how is he doing that ?" He's no exceptional player he just get's the job done, he's not even in the same level as Aspas and Demon1. There's a reason why Cryo was the main duelist in Xset.

yeah congratulations to zekken for being the “best” for a total of 3 weeks (2 of them being on a break) until a single series dethroned him. Face it bud he was never the best, deep down everyone knew it, that complimentary title was forced onto him so Madrid can feel way more significant when it reality it just isn’t. There’s a reason why zekken didn’t recognize himself as the best duelist and it has nothing to do with humbleness.
