GE Post-Match Interviews

Following up on a thread someone else made earlier, GE players and coaches definitely need PR training considering how they tend to respond to basic questions. Its especially noticable whenever Spin is present answering questions.

Blazeking is asked an innocent question regarding his recent perfomances, instead of answering the question like a normal human being, he proceeds to shut the question down and gets really visibly angry (starts cursing too).

Spin is asked general question regarding their track record against Zeta (0-4), he refuses to answer and proceeds to call the question silly and urges the production crew to move on.

The coach just gives off a really negative vibe overall, hes most likely awful to work with behind the scenes as well.

Just a couple of examples, I checked most of the other interviews as well. None of the other teams act this way, even if they aren't performing either (for example T1 are very respectful in their interviews).

Just leads me to believe that a lot of the poor decision making and direction of the team is due to a hazardous working atmosphere. On a positive note though, LF and Polvi gave very positive impressions in their interviews, a bit sad though that we have to praise that when that should be the standard.

blazeking one was not even that bad, frustrated by a lost yet he gave a respectable answer: 'I don;t think im performing that bad, its not about the stats, its about lots of other factors like positioing and other stuff like that, so yeah i dont fucking care about the stats' he's right the whole team lost and he performed last map as well, questions asked about performance generally dont go well. Also he swore out of frustration and it wasnt at anyone it was just to solidfy his point that stats dont matter that much in his opinion no need to act like he was a horrible person

Yeah the coach is ticked off and everyone in general is quite frustrated about the lost except lf and russ (good on them for tryna keep mental up). I dont think this enough to decide that there is a toxic working environement.

Anyways head coach had his chance this year unless some magic miracle happens he is going to be let go for sure unless he's got some good black mail against ceo.

It sucks how the cucklord of CEO gayshindra retard takes the worst possible decisions for the org. Never changed the roster of old GE even when there were chances to improve other players (could have given chances to kohli, ventured into other young players to build a good roster). Then when franchise starts, his lazy ass management takes years to fix visa issues because they didn't start the process beforehand, somehow their management clowns got visa faster than players. Seriously if anyone is to be blamed, its Gayshindra retard

i still dont understand why they do Post Match Press Conference on the loseing team... is like always hard to watch
