bro keeps saying that APAC had a better average placement at events in 2023 than EMEA if you exclude EMEA and APAC's best team
either he is dum asf, or is baiting really good

EMEA has a better average placement in 2023 AT ALL EVENTS than APAC regardless of if you include or exclude EMEA and APAC's best team

  1. CHAMPS 23: Avg Placement with or w/o FNC/PRX: APAC > EMEA
    EMEA: FNC(4), FUT(7), NAVI(9), GIA(9), LIQ(13)
    APAC: PRX(3), DRX(5), T1(9), ZETA (13)

  2. TOKYO: Avg Placement with or w/o FNC/PRX: APAC > EMEA
    EMEA: FNC(1), TL(5), FUT(9), NAVI(11).
    APAC: PRX(3), DRX(7), T1(9)

  3. LOCK//IN: Avg Placement with or w/o FNC/PRX: EMEA > APAC
    EMEA: FNC(1), NAVI(3), VIT(9), FUT(9), GIA(9), KC(9), KOI(17), TL(17), BBL(17), TH(17)
    APAC: DRX(3), TLN(5), TS(9), all 7 other APAC teams (17)

therefor the statement that "EMEA has a better average placement in 2023 AT ALL EVENTS than APAC regardless of if you include or exclude EMEA and APAC's best team" is wrong

Include an equal number of teams
THIS IS SIMPLE MATHs
australian education is lacking

Where is the 4th APAC Team for Tokyo comparison? (not at the event)?
Where is the 5th APAC Team for Champs 23 comparison? (not at the event)?

Excluding EMEA's worst-performing team would skew the data in favour of EMEA, as they would have a higher chance of achieving better average placements with fewer teams.

this should be a pretty basic concept to understand. NA education lacking

Also I don't wanna be that guy but why are you saying "MATHs", it' should be "math". NA education lacking.

we are getting our contract finalised with riot for 2025. Bleed will leave esports next year and disorder will replace them for the 2025 season.

Excluding APACs 5th team when including EMEA's 5th team would skew the data in favour of APAC, as they would have a higher chance of achieving better average placements with fewer teams.

APACs 5th team was not excluded as APAC did not have a 5th team at any of the international events.
