it'll be undeniable that emea is dead kekw
Uncleben [#2]Or that Emea has improved and is no longer a one team region?
Madrid says otherwise no?

It’s the first tourney, I’m sure that they will continue to get better
EMEA looks a lot better than last year, TH and KC have lots of potential and looked great for having players that have just started playing together that were not even tier 1 players beforehand, despite that they TH almost beat SEN and KC almost beat the champions runner ups, give them time and experience and they will be even better. We know NAVI and FNATIC are good (more so FNATIC) and we got dark horses like FUT and VIT that look like given some time can be fighting for the top spot in EMEA.
Also the season has started not even a month ago

From 1 team out of groups to 0
Improvement 🗿

both th and kc are rookie teams, u cant say they re bad on their 1st international exp (th went to 3rd map w both sen and prx)
StutterSt3p [#11]I think it's more so that without FNC and NAVI, the current top teams in EMEA are just going to be less experienced. In the end, TH and KC weren't even that bad at Madrid, but they just didn't have the experience to make it deep.
I completely agree, but I had to make it simple so Average_NA_fan could understand it
Realistically, fnatic should NOT drop more than ~15 rounds. boaster said he feels confident they can beat both geng and sen (imo both decently better than heretics), and heretics literally have 2 subs and are still a rookie team. if they lost it would be as surprising as dfm 2-0ing someone like nrg LOL (but I would love to see it)

So much better than last year they went from winning events to not making it out of groups

I meant as a whole, FNATIC were great but as a region EMEA was ass, now they have multiple teams that look really good and can potentially punch up against FNATIC.
