Upper final winner bans BOTH maps and gets first map pick, its a huge advantage since the team in the lower final either might not play their best maps or they got anti-stratted on their best map. It's a lose-lose situation for the team that came from the lower final. They will have to prepare much more than than the team who won the upper final.
