He's the initiator goat, not debatable imo so we can get that out of the way

Lets consider this out of players to win 2+ trophies I believe chronicle is the only player with three, the problem is for me with chronicle, since fnatic he was the third best on either runs

Alfa and Leo> This was shown in all of FNCs hardest moments where Alfa was carrying in icebox comeback v loud

In short, Sacy is the only CHAMPS winner with 2 trophies, he was also by far the best loud player IMO at that champs run, as less and aspas were still coming into their own. Since he's left LOUD, he's helped build another top 5 team itw

He's also responsible IMO for the loud dynasty as LOUD is the only team thats lasted for 2+ years so far. Him and saadhak, however sacy was a better player than saadhak when LOUD won, and Sacy has won before saadhak

I’m not discrediting sacy but pancada was better than him overall at champs, while sacy was finals mvp

LOUD was never really threatened at champs 22 and sacy was also the best player in the match LOUD lost

don't hit me with the util cope because you reasonably can't tell if his util is really that good compared to other initiators. you can't see the demos anyway

Chronicle was +30 in the finals and was good against VS (their hardest series imo)

CNED at champs is just generally overrated ash he was already past his insane peak by champs 2021, zeek and starxo had insane events and upsets and the finals was just a life series for them

yeah but hes still a huge influence on the team, you never look at fns or saadhak at just stats and I think sacy contributes a lot mentally and tactically even if hes not IGL

yeah but saadhak is the igl so you can see his impact, on top of that, he performs
sacy only argument for him to be the goat (which barely makes sense in my opinion, because the game is new and zoomers will probably sweep away boomers from the scene in the next few years) is that he is the secondary caller and his calls are very good, but... that's still a stretch

If they had Chronicle/Leo/Verno/Cauanzin instead of sacy they would have probably won the tournament without dropping a single map. He's often lost on Breeze, gives away freebies a lot, his trades are horrendous, his aim is mediocre. People talk about his util but his util used to be really bad in his first year at SEN but with time he built the synergy. With time any other player would do the same. You scrim and practice to learn what util you need to throw at what times and also zekken is a vocal player, he prolly asks for a lot of shit to set him up. Even then he often fucks up his flashes which gets his teammates killed. I could go on and on but they won so he must be the BEST, apparently. VLR and redditors are expert at seeing the 'intangibles' when someone wins all of a sudden. so convenient!

You could argue zellsis, but you would be wrong.

Just because he is the worst player doesn’t mean he is bad, but if you could make a team and you pick sacy over chronical then you’re bad at building teams.

If you watch Aspas before and after loud it's kinda clear that he was molded into the perfect duelist by them, it wasn't something he did by himself, he became super disciplined throughout 2023
