Because you have to play what's best for you. There are 23 agents and riot expects you to be innovative. Not follow footsteps of fnc who play the same comp of 2022. We've seen what happened because of that.
A new comp can be hard to adjust against if the enemy team is weaker like Zeta who literally struggled against a solo viper comp on bind. These teams fail to adapt on the fly.

Scoreboard wise they owned SEN. Their comp made Zekken and Zellsis useless on Raze and KAYO, two agents that counter Cypher.
