So if for example SEN and EDG lose (1-1) and Heretics and Loud win (1-1) are any combination of matchups possible (Ex: SEN vs EDG, Heretics or Loud) or do the 1-0 bracket people have to play the 0-1 bracket people (Ex: SEN can only play vs Heretics or Loud, not EDG)

Its fair game for any match ups since they have even records. 90% confident but they may make the 2 losers from 1-0 and 2 winners from 0-1 play against each other simply to have it be more entertaining.

Traditional; Swiss formats don't have rematches but riot is doing random draws, so we don't know tbh.
