I think it's more so that G2 play a style that many viewers do not like to watch (me too to an extent) but I think they are still a very likeable team. EG also had the miracle run narrative + prime yay + underdog status. Hard to not dislike that.
G2's grip is slipping but they are still a very nice team. I think EG just happened to peak right now and were able to go band for band against G2.
Heartbreaking game. Absolutely threatening if they keep this roster for stage 2. Hope they take this loss and turn it into motivation. I think they'll be back!!

I really really liked it when they paired up Doug and Ender for a few games. Not to hate on Babybay and Mimi but those two really fit together.
Roster fans. I only became a SEN fan bc of zekken pickup. If he was to go to another team i'd support that team instead (I'd still root for SEN bc I like john and zellsis too but defo less than now).

I think TL looked better than them at the end of their run respectively and I think Trace can be argued and should've been but that's not to say they were one of the top rated teams easily before the tourney.

Feel like this is the best for all parties. It sucks not having been able to watch the highest quality Valorant easily since Madrid. I am glad APAC got their time to shine but it feels like its been such a drought for Americas specifically. Glad we got Toronto finally so I can watch some high quality Valorant at a good time. Leo did make a comment about this I believe during champs last year and said if they wanted it for timezones they'd just do EMEA all year and it makes sense lol

Need more time and to adapt to the meta. Them sticking with old comps hurts and the new players need some time in the rough to get better. Could easily see them in champs depending on how champ points work out though.
