Agreed. It was very easy during the Tejo meta because of how easy Yoru fit, but strip away the Tejo and now it looks very rough. I kinda hope SEN goes back to their old 2024 split comp or switch him off Yoru. His Neon looks so good on Sunset and his raze looks great on Lotus.

Now that I've seen Zekken play all 3 duelists at a high tournament level, I confidentially believe that his Neon and Raze look far better than his Yoru. Not to say he plays a bad Yoru but compared to other Yoru players he definitely does not hit the same calibur.

I think it's more so that G2 play a style that many viewers do not like to watch (me too to an extent) but I think they are still a very likeable team. EG also had the miracle run narrative + prime yay + underdog status. Hard to not dislike that.

G2's grip is slipping but they are still a very nice team. I think EG just happened to peak right now and were able to go band for band against G2.
