bit odd of Riot to not strive for the best specs at an international event. Lets hope this is a one-time thing.

it's just hard to get the right equipment since they are only going to Madrid for a few weeks. Whereas in the leagues they are staying at the same venues for years on end so they can access high end gear easily.
