gekko flash for spectators

you know how during pro matches, when a player gets flashed, you see an icon indicating that they are flashed but you can still see what is going on? for spectators, the gekko flash doesn't allow spectators to see anything because they see the full flashed effect. should riot change this for the viewers?

yes, remember rito is small indie company and this would be expensive to change
