Scream still has his moments but recently he is not like the old adil hard carrying
Pigguman [#4]bcos liquid doesnt need a hard carry, soulcas scream and jamppi are enough if they all have solid game
ScreaM is not having many solid games lately
Mortadelo [#5]ScreaM is not having many solid games lately
thats why liquid are struggling a bit once scream gets back in form i think liquid are up there in EU with Acend and FPX
Gurggu [#3]I don't get it why they dont put him on Reyna it's literally the most braindead character to use which is perfect for ScreaM
I wish people would stop with the "scream all aim no brain" bullshit. Even towards the end of his CS career he was actually doing extremely well with his utility.
Even now in valorant he's quite smart with his util and positioning. He reads plays quite well and spots gaps of opportunity.
It's not 2013 scream anymore.
Side note: ScreaM was playing HARD entry space maker in this match. His role is not to go wild and play as a hardcarry. If you actually looked at what he did, he did exactly what he was supposed to do: make space. If you die after 1 kill or give your team the opportunity to actually get onto site and trade, then you've done your job well.
People for some reason always put the onus on jetts and other duelists to absolutely madfrag. If you're playing hard entry, this is not only super difficult to do but also not part of the job description.
EDIT: This is why you so often see him hardcarry on sage. He doesn't have to go in first to create space and can create his own battlesage angles, affording him much more opportunity to clean up kills and use the space given to him, rather than make it himself.
Mortadelo [#5]ScreaM is not having many solid games lately
because theyre trying shit comps, he should just play reyna/jett
WinterBlac [#12]its kinda good since soul and jamppi have stepped up, and Scream only has to carry ocasionally
the way they were playing on haven doesn't allow him to hardcarry, so it only works if there are others to pick up the pieces, which I'm glad soulcas and jamppi are able to do

Nah bro seeing his Jett absolutely proves that he lacks IQ points

Rank? Think you don't really understand what the gameplan was of liquid.
ScreaM did exactly what they wanted him to do: create space. This will make you die in "stupid ways" a LOT, but kills aren't the goal in this case.

Silver 3
Gurggu [#17]Silver 3
and that is why nobody should listen to any takes on a forum like this unless they are pro players
Traderslife [#7]That's because ScreaM is playing a different role now.
+1 exactly this. People just see jett and instantly think "gotta hardcarry on jett". Nevermind that you can play jett in many different ways and the way liquid is utilizing scream's jett is not a role that allows him to hardcarry

absolutely agree he's doing his work for the team absolutely fine no need to drop 30 bombs every game

To anyone who's a decent rank it's obvious which are the low value takes in any case

But tbh in First Strike for example he also played Jett and played her very aggressively but still got 37 kills or something like that on one map against heretics.
I get what you mean though ,you cannot topfrag every single game obviously and he has to create space. But still it is blatant that he is not in the form of his life the past weeks

You don't even need to play the game to argue and give good takes to the site. Saying that a take is not valid because of the rank of who said it is completely stupid. Which definitely doesn't mean that this is a good take
