Why pacific never give countdown?

I swear it was the same last year there were long tech pauses and they don’t give countdowns. Why only emea and america do it? Can rito make it a rule for every region to give countdown time? This is so braindead

Because they don't know the ETA of the tech pause

I wonder what tech difficulty takes this much time to get solved
