Who will fill remaining NA VCL spot after quals?

So i saw this page: https://www.vlr.gg/event/1971/challengers-league-2024-north-america-split-1/main-event
and it says 2 teams TBD from VCL' 23.
Correct me if I am wrong, but since the other teams like TSM, Faze, G2(now franchise) etc are not in challengers anymore, who will fill those spots.

There r 2 unnamed teams with the likes of screwface, seven, poised, babybay etc who will replace the TSM and faze spots. I think they have to retain 3 players from the previous roster/team tho to have the spot.

Aren't those the vacant spots that TSM and FaZe had? I vividly remember hearing some rumblings in the scene that TSM might pick up a new squad for this challengers but who knows what happens to FaZe spot
