don't be silly, everyone knows riot doesn't buff weak characters. They just nerf the good ones so that every single one is bad, and thus balanced.

buffing yoru is like giving raze 5 nades 600hp 2 rocket shots and infinite satchels
Yoru is viable already, if you try to buff it even more it will become broken
if teams know how to use yoru properly then its actually pretty broken
