Mods add Polaris closed qualifier to matches tab

yea everything very short notice this year (due to the TO switch) so everyone who could looked for teams in other regions + 8 players from polaris joining t1 thins the talent pool a bit
and the open qual was rough this season, a ton of the "favorites" got knocked out

I wouldnt underestimate the teams in the qual though, while none of them would have a shot at making it to ascension right now imo, its not like they're horrible teams either
