if you knew sacy's personality you probably wouldn't say that, he must be one of the reasons sentinels is playing with rules and no overpeeking etc...
cant pick up a player better than sacy + his english is fine so no communication errors due to that

people always bring up communication errors but literally so many famous teams in so many games in EU have such broken english but yet they never make any problems out of it. On top of that look at LEV, 3 players including aspas can barely pronounce words right and yet they seem to be having a great time comming in english. SEA as well, we have some ridiculously heavy accents over here and many players esp indo players have terrible english yet forsaken has managed with his trash english from 2021 iceland and has improved it over time.
Knowing a language doesnt even make 10% of comms

In other regions everyone is used to it, everybody speaks different languages and its part of playing the game both in ranked and in teams. In NA however, everyone speaks English and theyre not used to talking to people who dont. I dont think its a coincidence they bring in someone with better communication and immediately play much better because on paper Sentinels should be doing worse
Sacy has one mid game what a crazy overreaction. Still a top initiator NA. Pancada is different because clearly zellsis is adding important winning intangibles to the team despite having less firepower than pancada
