No primary igl. Lost the backbone of the team which is FNS not chet. 5 good players do not make good rosters.
CarnageBTC [#2]So prx is a bad roster?
exception is not an example. stop comparing anything with prx.
CarnageBTC [#2]So prx is a bad roster?
This analogy doesnt make sense... Was jinggg the IGL of PRX? FNS was the one and everything of NRG, without him theyre so finished

bruh get some tips on sarcasm. your words doesn't even make sense. 🗿

PRX has really different style to many other teams and especially the difference between PRX and team like NRG last season/before is massive.

yes. Nobody compares themselves with prx as they have different playstyle and FNS literally said it will not be successful if they were running them. so putting prx as an example is nonsense
munestar [#15]i'm not sure if iceman's IGLing has improved enough to ensure NRG's success (unless he cooked in offseason)
He came into Sentinels off a break and not being a primary IGL since he was on FaZe, and still looked decent
By my estimation, he should be best in the world by now.

Ok thanks for the insight babysasuke

nah. according to Bren who was listening to sen comms during lcq, marved was not someone who was hard calling. everyone else was putting most of the idea. and we already know marved not like very vocal during comms, he is just good at his job. so hyping marved as great igl in up coming season is too much. and we already know ethan is igling.
if the rumors are true they would have the second most experienced and proven roster in the entire league. However, like others are saying Prx is the only other example of a successful team without a strong proven leader. So, in my opinion it's not like they can't do well without a strong igl but it makes me question it. Who knows, all of those guys have enough experience to igl.

Bro you are overrating the impact of an igl
The fact of the matter is that NRG are better role for role last year
They have so much more firepower and Marved/Crashies/Victor/Ethan could probably all pick up the igl role and be great at it
Especially under the mentorship of chet
cioccolat [#28]NRG will be just like 2023 Sentinels
Great proven players, but no direction or cohesion.
Everyone on NRG minus D1 were all from CS, so they by defult think similarly about how the game should be played, INCLUDING chet. This takes care of most chem issues that SEN faced this past year. Also, this new roster has 4/6 players from one of the most if not the most successful roster that Valorant has ever seen while sen had only 2. Terrible comparison
