Yistyy [#5]Tip: Don't follow any advice from VLR or else you will probably fail your exam and compromise your health at the same time.
thought that maybe just maybe there could be someone who is in uni and has done stuff like this couldnt find anything on any other online place
Cresp [#8]I like 500mg of caffeine but im also kind of tolerant to caffeine so i suggest a dose of 200/300 mg too much and it will crash you and will do the opposite of what u want.
200/300 is nothing

200/300 will rock someone who doesn’t intake caffeine regularly.
400mg is the recommended MAX caffeine one should have for an entire day.
300mg is basically the equivalent of the strongest energy drink on the market.
However, taking a test on no sleep will always lower your performance.
Next time make sure you ask a friend for an adderall.
