Why is there so few world class igls?

Are their good igls just on dodgey teams, you can't exactly just get one from ranked.

Yeah sure he hasn't been at the highest level that long, but what he did is crazy. He igled a team that was never supposed to make even the regional playoffs, to a champions win. If that doesn't scream world class idk what does.

You just mentioned almost all of the master/champions winning igls lol, if winning those is your criteria for deciding a world class igl of course there’s only gonna have a handful

The only good ones are fns and saadhak tbh saying this completely unbiased... Id like to see Toaster teach and guide young players every year to become the best version of themselves Both in and out of the game

Bro kinda did,
Remember how he seamlessly incorporated Braveaf or Enzo and alphajer. Pretty much all of them were pretty green before joining fnatic. By no means no names but then again neither were players like Aspas or Yay

i dont think they "seamlessly" incorporated braveaf or enzo considering the highest achievement they made with either player was winning challengers with enzo, making it to champs then getting booted by drx

they also both stayed ~5 and ~6 months respectively before being replaced so like

I mean Braveaf's run with fnatic is very much a what if story. They dominated challengers groups with him qualified to Iceland then couldn't get him a visa to play Iceland and had to drop him because they couldn't legally pay him. Either way the way boaster transitioned the teams style and his own role to incorporate and develop an upcoming talent.

Also the Enzo run was pretty solid again. 4th at Copenhagen then losing a close match at champs to a team who were 1 map of the grand finals. Not a bad conversion from a new player
