As a citizen of the United States, I on behalf of our region will apologize to LATAM because one of our team (SEN) benched PANCADA and not including him in SEN's scrims.

Pancada is not compatible with our cloud chasing system and he isn't marketable enough. So the issue of “language barrier” is not true ( Lev with tex, most of the EMEA teams and APAC teams prove it wrong if you try your best to improve the comms)

I hope you accept this apology and remove your embargo so NA can import LATAM talent in the future.
