Me personally I was more of eat person, but becoming too lazy to wake up early for it, and I hate washing dishes in the morning. Now I'm a no eat person and just drink coffee. Anyone eat or no eat? How you make time for breakfast
NO EAT
depends my schedule makes it where i can't eat until 2 so i just make eggs or a protein shake for breakfast. it doesn't take too long

I just have a fruit cup, banana, a croissant or two and then whatever protein I can find. It isn't a lot of cleanup at all and it's fast
