Soulcas is not allowed to play in T2. This is due to the fact of him being too good at this video game, which endangers the competetiveness of the league.

Yes. You need 3 regional players from the league you're competing in. Understanding being regional as in being citizen/resident of that country or having played 2 consecutive splits in that league. Insider and Bisk are residing in Spain, and have played 2 splits in Spain, Dimaxx on the other hand is not a resident but has played 2 splits which means he counts as regional.
Summing it up they need 3 "spanish", Bisk Insider and dimaxx count as such. So they if they wanna replace any of the 3 it has to be with another Russian/spanish
And btw the 2 split thing works in Spain, no clue if it's all leagues

PrinceCharming [#16]Realistically the only other players that fits the hyper specific niece of speaking Russian and being eligible to complete within the VRL are kiles and maybe voOkashu (depends on whether he's counted as having played in split 2 or not)

I don't think so, you don't need to play, just need to be part of the roster. Matter of fact Rebels started the season as a 6 man roster rotating between Janny and vokashu because the plan was to make them both be regional long term so they could build around them and gatsh next year

Nope its not correct :P , you need to play eitherweise everyone would have 3 subs every year and then field them into rosters

You're right we need to read the rules. But then again, the initial plan was to make him regional when he was a six man, so there's probably a way around te rule. Maybe just 6 players allowed no clue
