Isn't he being used in some comps in pro play now? (e.g. bind, lotus, and split. There were also a few comps with Chamber on Haven,).

hes ok KJ and Cypher are just better in every way. He's a good OP agent obviously but double controller makes OP less prevalent so not worth wasting a slot on chamber.

Yes, he is basically a KD inflator without being a duelist. I pick him on every map.
