yes. people make jokes about things that are "serious" all the time for example yesterday you made fun of americans for being generally fat which is a "serious" issue. just bc something is considered serious doesn't mean there can't be jokes around them. Are there jokes around drugs or guns etc.. Yes even though they are serious topics. I admit for going a bit too far tho

Yes and no. Some people have conditions where they will be fat, and u can control how likely u will get cancer(usually) which inturn determines if u actually do get cancer

fat is. if you look at how many deaths are caused directly by being fat its the 5th leading risk for deaths each year with 2.8 million dying from being overweight or obese each year and then there is so many other things like type 2 diabetes, cancers, high blood pressure, movement issues, shortening life by around an average of 5 years and much more.
