Why is my aim so bad I'll have days with 50% HS and then like 17% hs and negative KD. How I fix the inconsistency

Brimstan [#4]hs means next to nothing
nah I just feel like hitting everything and sometimes I can't hit shit that's what I mean, usually either I hit a hs or I die that's just how I play tbh
Aiming against golds is a different experience than aiming against higher ranks. You're probably used to people wide swinging every corner and not strafing as much when peeking.
Also if you get used to hitting every flick then the moment you wake up the next day and the muscle memory isn't quite calibrated perfectly then you'll feel like shit
Learn to slowly track lines to heads and speed that up for genuine consistent improvements. If it feels impossible then lower your sens until you find something comfortable to do it with.
If it still feels wrong, build up muscle memory with your shoulder muscles/upper chest instead of relying on forearms and fingers

ah ok thanks you... yea I been practicing not keeping my arm as tense whhich has def helped my aim coz my mouse slowly moves to the heads rather than quick flicks as I used to do at the start of the act
