I just don't like long anime, not my thing. Longest anime I ever watched was HxH and it took me way too long. It does look good but honestly just too long

This. Who cares if it will take you 1 year to catch up, just take your time it will be worth it. I do think that the anime is good pre timeskip. After timeskip highly recommend you switch to One Pace
