I just don't think he fits FNS' vision when it comes to teambuilding.
Ethan is one of those players that he really likes not because he takes gunfights and wins them but because he plays insanely smart, is hard to kill and supports his teammates with amazing util in the most efficient way possible.
Tenz has his own kind of value but in terms of what FNS is looking for I can see Ethan fitting his vision a lot more, even if they both can play kayo

corny, ethan has already reached his peak. fns made s0m a completely different and better player, all he has to do is teach tenz simple mistakes to not make, tenz mechanically is 10x better then ethan he just dosent take smart fights and with him on a new role i feel like his potential just opened up another door for him
