People are putting way too much stock in EMEA Tier 2

We've seen Enzo and Mistic in Tier 1, when Tier 1 was objectively weaker, and they were STILL unimpressive at best

Maybe this Keiko guy is a gem, I've never seen him, but Sayf is the best duelist in EMEA by a large margin

Team Liquid could have had a stacked roster this year but now they are finished sadly. I hate to admit it but unless Navi stop trolling EMEA is truly a 1 team region
