Make Reykjavik server

Would be fun to have a server between NA and EMEA for people from both regions to play with each other

Same with a server in panama

Sometimes playing London with 100 ping is not favorable

Reykjavik ping would still be pretty terrible
the only difference would be both emea and na would have bad ping.

East coast US would have 70 ping and west coast EU would have 70

100% playable if I can carry diamond lobbies on London servers with 100 ping

True I wanna be able to play with my EU friends without 200 ping and having to make a whole new account
