Not talking about valorant but esports in general heroic and astralis cross my mind for some reason. Heroic has always had good scouting and competed in the highest levels of csgo with a constrained budget and astralis were the first org to implement a sports psychologist and encouraging their players to be healthier in general.

NRG is a financially stable org that treats their players well with multiple content creators and a lot of success in all games and esports
They are the only NA team(except G2) that hasn’t had public financial issues
