Tbh their players have deep careers in other FPS. The streamer narrative is a bit mislead.

Imagine people call Sentinels a "streamer team" just because they stream a lot lmao.

they have careers in fps games, most of them are from OW
but just because they have more experience, doesnt rly mean they are going to be better. zoomers dominate this game afterall.
Also, players who chose to stick to full time streaming and players that joined a massive org such as damwon, I feel that there should still be a big gap between these players

I think you may be underestimating the hours they are putting into the game just praccing off stream. Their plays were very nuanced in both maps. But I get what you mean, they're primarily streamers. Still I feel the narrative is slightly overplayed and maybe even undermining the amount of work they're actually putting in.

no im not underestimating it at all. I know that they are practicing alot because they have barely been streaming. But cant rly expect 5 shrouds to beat sentinels because they started practicing alot for like 3weeks. Damwon players are all living in gaming house since the start of this year bootcamping, coach, etc

Edit: now that I think of it, you could expect that as well.. Considering G2 recently got top 2 in EU with their brand new roster.

yea the 3 players have been there from the start but doesnt mean they've been practicing 6months together

they just practice 2weeks before tournament starts, and if they dont qualify, they come back to fulltime streaming
