FNS didn't leave on a good note

Like I know they coo they coo but it's obvious FNS didn't leave on even a semi-good note. IMO FNS might have wanted big big roster changes and nrg didn't let it happen. But it's just an assumption.

Anyhow I'm still wondering what might have been the reason

Jk , he actually good in scouting-crafting winning roster. Optic roster was all handpicked by him. Now victor crashies fell off and i think fns want to replace them

given the history of NRG rosters I'm assuming that's the reason. They really can't seem to build a proper team besides maybe the roster with Hazed.

That roster with hazed the 2nd time was so good. Idk how they didn't have better results

the 2nd roster with hazed was finalized pretty late and they basically only got 1 split and an lcq together

Yes very likely the fns wanted to overhaul the roster.
It seems like he felt it had reach it's ceiling.

NRG probably don't want to as it would be very expensive.

i think he feels he reached his ceiling with the vic and crashies duo and wanted to replace them but org wasnt willing to so he just left

If you've watched the Optic 2022 Champs vlogs, they mention that the team did not plan to stay together after 2022 even if they made franchising. Maybe some of the old problems resurfaced this year.

lowkey i think that was a excuse. like if they won champs and the optic org made franchising, they would have stayed together. maybe only marved would leave bc i think that was the plan b4 champs

ENVY/OPTIC FNS wants his team to be heavily player run org (not management), he wants to have final say on the transfer IN/OUT etc. NRG sees this as red flag as the management probably think he’s difficult person to work with.
