Só, legit question.
Is Xand truly that bad? Is he truly dumb when it comes to pro-game sense? Or are we just having a warped perception of him since his teams did bad?
Could it be a staff issue?

Não tem talento o suficiente no Brasil que seja o suficiente pra formar um terceiro time nas franquias. Definitivamente tem muito mlk bom nas rankeds, mas não tem gente madura e experiente o suficiente pra liderar essa mulecada a se tornar monstros do joguinho.
O xand não é o melhor de mira que a gente tem, mas a experiência que ele tem como profissional pode ser valiosa pra manter um time estável. Eu não gosto dele como IGL, mas definitivamente é uma boa adição enquanto poder de mira dentro do servidor. A 00 literalmente só classificou e jogou bem o VCB depois que ele e o Bezn1 entraram no time.
It's not really about being bad, but the guy has NOT IMPROVED a single bit for 2 years... like holy fuck you're getting paid to do this shit...
He also stated multiple times that even though he's an IGL (or used to be), he doesn't VOD review, he just calls 'on instinct'...
The way I see it, it's not about his skills per se, it's the fact that his level is the same from 2 years ago, his agent pool is the same, his mentality is the same. Quite frankly he's just not that intelligent of a person, and that has become blatantly obvious throughout the years.
