cant really explain it but from what i have seen here, it probably means players who get paid for doing nothing

They dont do Shit for their team (basically a bad player for a t1/t2 org) but still get paid in full and high salary
Like most t1 teams pay 15k per month and t2 10k...
Whoever tf manages TSM Valorant.
There was mutual interest between the two parties, but the TSM organization was determined to pick up this roster and made sure that the players knew that. With multiple offers on the table, the players were in a strong position to negotiate and make sure they got everything they wanted. They did just that, and TSM gave them every single thing they asked for.

Damn dont blame the managers tho...the money they are paying the tsm valorant team is like 100$ for them...(tsm huge org + they got a 210 million deal) so i dont think money is the prob for the managers...
I personally blame the players they get anything they want for doing the thing they love and to be the best at it...
And they aint being the best at it at all not even close,...if i were them i would be guilty asf
