Yes but it's very rare there's a full 1 country roster in EMEA.
if there was a full Spanish roster/Brit roster I'd say like it's gonna be Spain v France why not
Also European countries mostly have the same culture/history (obv with big differences but at the end it's all the same), br and NA are nothing alike. NA is much more near to EU than BR culturally
