Why aren't they used at all the in pro scene?
nitro has used them plenty of times on ascent, but they are usually one and done angles so to get one and have your heal/rez out the round is bad in pro play but not as bad in pugs where everyone is worse and you can usually get more off of it
sage walls are easy to force and outplay. why would someone care about a wall that will disappear after 30 seconds anyway? they can just do fakes somewhere else until that happens. also the crazy good ones are not that easy to do. if you fail trying one you waste a wall for nothing
Also some are not legal i think. sometimes i see walls where your head goes inside texture of stuff and stuff like this might be considered as a bug and not allowed for competitions like VCT.
