Having casters/analysts/players/production work is not the same thing as holding a public event during a hurricane. The latter probably isn't legal while the former is.

That was the first thing i thought. Maybe they were on the same building or something.
But i think there has to be a logic explanation that i may have missed, which will put me in the idiot seat i think.
