Brazil definitely the best country-wise right now and it is not victim mentality to say Riot is being extremely unfair to them. Clubbing them with another Top heavy region like NA with their US$$$ and no max limit on wages, meanwhile they water and nurture their baby - China as a separate region is just disgusting.
