Seriously what are you so afraid of? The last two matches you played way too passive and started to lose rounds and even matches because of it. You need to show true dominance, ESPECIALLY against LOUD. Don't ever forget you are the 2x reigning champions. Everyone looks up and fears YOU! You gotta use this to your advantage.

actually think this is kinda their issue currently. Haven't watched the FUT game yet but watching LOUD, they looked so scared compared to their usual selves that I had a funny feeling they would lose the series once we were most of the way through map one. They do need to get back their confidence from Tokyo otherwise I think teams have had enough time and vods to prep for them that they won't be able to make it into the finals.
Having said that, I think that they're the best team in the world at winning a BO5, even with the disadvantage of lower bracket no map veto. FNC is without a doubt the most difficult opponent in a long match and if they recover form well enough to make it to the lower finals I'd actually argue its their tournament to lose.

I know they want to condition the opposition to slow rounds so that they can get some free round wins by playing fast once in a while but they don't do it often enough imo
100p, they did at the end on ascent and it was too late, but also, its like mini wants perfection but he should want the win instead of perfection. win in any ways possible, things dont go your way all the time an you have to compromise and plan for failures after lost rounds. thats what happened with pistol, they arent prepared enough and need a backup play always. a failsafe.

issue is the gap between the current play and the top 4 matches, or finals weekend or whatever it is. could be the same issue for them.

Yeah, Derke's showstopper became an NA ult. Normally he pops his ult and goes in, now he waits and waits until he gets flashed and killed, it happened twice today on split.

i don't think it is wanting perfection as much as just wanting them to stop doing stupid shit, like just today they lost 2 rounds from doing shit they had no business doing. i dont think you can label that as wanting "perfection". Just play properly with good fundamentals.

Absolutely. If Derke wants to double satchel into a site off of a flash then just let him do that. You don't need 5 lineups, 12 smokes and a recon.

and regardless of that fact, Derke's FK success rate is one of the best, so you can rely on him to get at least 1 and make space. infact i just checked the stats, he IS the best at FKPR at 0.24. he is selfless in that way, i feel like they underrates him sometimes, and hes too humble to challenge that, perhaps. i hope they can fix it.
