Astra and Omen

I feel like Astra pick rate is getting a bit lower than before and Omen seeing some plays again in pro play for both EU n NA qualifiers. What could be the reasons of this?

but the nerfs still keep her pretty viable right? She is not as OP as before but still better than her counterparts, right?

Earlier Astra was a must must pick and you would be stupid not to use her , now it's a bit more flexible. I would argue Astra still has a small edge over Omen but some teams and players prefer the latter because they are more comfortable with at and omen allows a bit more aggressive plays than astra does.
