No, it's not. EMEA has been dominant region for 2 years.

you guys are treating CN likes its an LCQ like in all the other regions. This is the whole qualifier guys, they dont get franchising spots, so they need a normal amount of spots. And anyways, Riot wants to expand their CN playerbase, why wouldnt they give more slots?
