Pacific is still filled with crazy strats and a damn Singaporean team just out aiming and dominating.
EMEA is still getting dogwalked by a bunch of (former) Fnatic players.

basically NA is even all around
Pacific consists of strong teams but not that strong
and EMEA consists of superteams and trash teams (in T2 and T1)
