Ryzen CPU Input delay

I got a new PC with a Ryzen 5600 and I began to notice slight input delay with keyboard presses. I only noticed this while playing CSGO because I play KZ maps where you have to press ADADAD as quickly and as in sync as possible. I’m like 99% sure that the vast majority of players would not notice this minuscule input delay.

I also barely noticed it whenever I was jiggle peeking in Valorant. Specifically, I was unable to jump peek while not moving my mouse. I had to 180 jump peek it as this was more consistent.

I changed back to my old PC with an i5-7600 and my movement was so instant and clean again. To anyone who switched from Intel to Ryzen, have you noticed this slight input delay?

There isnt any humanly noticeable delay between the AMD or Intel so this isnt expected behavior

hopefully its driver problem, so I'd suggest starting by getting all drivers from your Motherboards support page (in the early days of ryzen 5000 for example the Realtek Audio drivers were a bit wonky on MSI motherboards - however I havent heard of this being an issue in a while)
Realistically its USB related though since the 5000 series had huge issues with those on release and you might have gotten an old motherboard, I haven't gotten to test this myself due to nobody in my town buying pcs that are younger than 20 years but you can plug it into the USB slots right above the hdmi port and that should help
Unfortunately if that doesn't end up solving it you might have to update your motherboards bios, unless someone with more experience can help ya out on here ^^

I would recommend updating the bios first and see if it fixes the lag. Also as #5 said, it could be because you have an old board. What keyboard do you use specifically?
