There is in quite a few languages

no official stream because the streams are purposefully given out to the biggest valorant watchers in the continent i thought no, for example spain is lembo, italian sparkler for the fokus game and they switch between some of the biggest streamers in the area on a game to game basis, i thought everyone knew that's how it works

Spain does have an official stream but its unlisted and has no casters.
