Haven't watched anime in a hot min but it'd be something like:
Death Note, AOT, OPM, then JJK. All are great.

Superpowers isnt a factor. I like the ensemble more than specific characters, jjk doesnt take itself too seriously, something that makes aot cringe when we get to that disastrous ending.
I watch/read shounen to have fun. Aot is basically a bad seinen that is too scared to delve into deeper subjects. Kingdom, Berserk, 20th century boys, monster all are better drama stories without the cring overcomplication of a shounen.
