why isnt there 2 regular seasons for teams to qualify for champions? similair to league of legends where there are 2 splits. this would guarantee the strongest teams at the moment to qualify for champions.

LOCK//IN counts as a full split. The explanation video last year during Champions confirms this. Next year we'll have two splits.
