Could've C9 did better than NAVI?

I would argue that C9 would've had a higher chance to make playoffs than NAVI

Considering that the groups if NA had 4 seeds would be
FNC vs C9 and EDG vs T1
and DRX vs ASE and EG vs FUT
C9 would've had a legitimate chance in the decider however, their pressure could have the same result as NAVI

I mean C9 probably lose to FNC, and after that they play EDG. We saw some unreal performances from EDG so I think it would still have been super close, but I also think Navi trolled the veto today by letting in Pearl. C9 runs better meta comps and that might give them the edge considering they probably play the meta better than EDG.
